ABOUT MICKEY
HOW SHOULD THE SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM BE CORRECTED?

I am proposing that Social Security Tax be eliminated because its unconstitutional for the American government to be in the insurance business and the Government lacks the authority or power to demand private businesses withhold and submit part of employee's wages for any type of tax.

Our elected officials know the Social Security system is not only fraudulent but it is fatally flawed from its inception because it is impossible to deliver the end results that the people were promised by elected officials of the American government. My solution is based on an honest money system.

People who are receiving Social Security today should receive 100% of what the government owes to the recipients without any deductions of any type. The American Government has a contract and this contract has to be honored. This is one contract that the Government should not break.

People who are of Age 55 or older and are not receiving benefits should have the option to continue with contributions to the system or the privilege of receiving either credits to be applied to their own private Insurance Retirement Account and or the Treasury Bonds to be cashed at the holder's request.

There will not be ANY new Social Security Administration under any circumstances. The employees can choose ANY single insurance company or multiple companies of their choice.

Government interference is strictly prohibited. The employer can choose to contribute to the employee's Individual Retirement Account if he wishes, or offer employer contributions through incentive packages of some type.

The end results will greatly reduce Government interference and control in the affairs of the American people and the Private Business Sector.
